Make Login Title field optional

Problem/Motivation

If a user leaves the "Login title" field blank, the value defaults to the word "Login". Some users may have a different title on their login page and this would be redundant. Please hide this field if there is no value saved.

Steps to reproduce

With the module installed, leave the "Login title" field blank and save configuration
Clear cache if necessary
Visit a page where the Hybrid Login block is placed
Notice that the block title is set to "Login". It should be blank or hidden.

Proposed resolution

Remove the default value for the "Login title" field

I can verify this works. I removed the title setting and it kindly no longer appeared.
