Horizontal scrolling is created after uploading a big image

Problem/Motivation

Uploading an image wider than the width of the page in CKEditor5 makes it create a vertical scroll on the page.

Steps to reproduce

Select an image with a big resolution (the one I used is 10109x4542px). After it is added to the editor, the page creates a horizontal scroll. Resizing the image makes the horizontal scroll disappear.

I have been able to reproduce this in two different Drupal installations.

I attached some screenshots of the issue.

I experienced the same issue for version 3.1.0. In version 3.1.1, it creates more horizontal scrolling.

Providing an update here. Tested IMCE on 3 other sites. It is not an IMCE issue. It's a ckeditor5 issue.
