The module still will not work without loading CDN Bootstrap

Problem/Motivation

On a Drupal install using Bootstrap 4, this module still will not work unless it is allowed to load Bootstrap 3.7. It doesn't seem to recognize that any other version of Bootstrap exists on the page.

Steps to reproduce

A Drupal site with Bootstrap 4 as a theme library.
Install Modal Page. Create a modal.
Select the Modal Page option not to load Bootstrap.
On pages that use Modal plus Carousel, the carousel will not work properly.
Even if Bootstrap is loaded prior to Modal Page, the module still does not work.

Proposed resolution

Remove whatever dependency on 3.7 still exists.
