PHP warning messages on Media Library Bulk Upload

Problem/Motivation

We are using php 8.2.21, while using this on the bulk media upload, we got tons of php warning messages.

Steps to reproduce

- Install Media Library Bulk Upload module
- Install file_resup
- Config the media library to use file_resup for the file upload.
- Try to upload multiple videos
- Check the dblog, you should be seeing alot of php warning messages.

Proposed resolution

- Check the variables, arrays before getting the values.
