Change YAYB date entry to datetime

Problem/Motivation

The current version of YAYB only supports date entry. The Drupal 7 release supported date and time entry. We've been requested to add time entry to the configuration form for this module.

Proposed resolution

Change date field type to datetime. This update should not break existing stored configuration.
