Media entity names are not very good for human consumption, cover up thumbnails in media library

Problem/Motivation

I'm testing this module with the Unsplash demo plugin, and it's really impressive!

However, the names given to the media entities are really long and ugly.

For example, at /admin/content/media the items from Unsplash have names like:

> photo-1563729784474-d77dbb933a9e?crop=entropy&cs=srgb&fm=jpg&ixid=M3w2MzA5Njh8MHwxfGFsbHx8fHx8fHx8fDE3MjA0NDUzMDJ8&ixlib=rb-4.0.3&q=85

Even worse, when I ticky one in the media library dialog, once I ticky an item, the name expands upwards and ends up covering most of the image, which makes it harder to figure out what I'm selecting.
