Create simpler display for administrative area by default

Problem/Motivation

The user interface for listing site settings + editing site settings is complicated by default.

Steps to reproduce

Arrive at an edit site settings edit form with just a plain text field and see:

  1. revision information
  2. field group
  3. field description
  4. the plain text field

By default (4) is all that is needed.

Similarly, the site settings list of created entities is complex by default:

  1. The value column can be quickly very length and messy.
  2. The administrative description is only used in some cases.
  3. The value column repeats things like group and description which are already in other columns

Proposed resolution

  1. Clean these up by default and make the clean up opt-out
  2. Add update hook to maintain the status quo for existing sites (so no clean-up on existing siets)
