JS Breaks during a seperate AJAX call due to Drupal.FieldGroup.Effects

Getting a console error when AJAX request is made. It appears that sometimes Drupal.FieldGroup.Effect does not exist but Field group JS continues to try and iterate through Drupal.FieldGroup.Effect which throws an errors and breaks the JS on the page.
