add search_api integration for pushing data to Oswald endpoint

Problem/Motivation

Oswald will be able to process site data to make the chatbot smarter.
They are building a vector database.
Therefor they need our content.
I'm going to make an openapi spec so that we can push all the content (via search_api) to Oswald in order to make the chatbot better.

Remaining tasks

- Create Openapi spec
- Create Client
- Create Search_api integration (submodule)
