Islandora Google tag Module not Saving

Problem/Motivation

I am trying to add a test google tag to my Islandora site but, it wont' save.
In the Islandora slack they state it's something about needing all conditions but we need a way to bypass those.
Is there a way to get the tag to work?

We are using Drupal 10
