Horizontal/Vertical Margin missing

Created on 19 July 2024, 4 months ago
Updated 6 August 2024, 3 months ago

I am missing the field for vertical margins. The field existed in older versions.
I could add them via css, but have to account for the layout shift with .box__content element.

    Thank you.

The library changed its direction, this module can only follow what is given. You can read their breaking change releases at github. Nothing we can do here.

There are however 3 related options to adjust cell gaps: Margins, Cell height, and No horizontal margin. Or the one as you did.

@ innoraftDebdeep, regarding admin responsiveness, it is irrelevant to this issue.

If any responsiveness issue, you should only concern about the front-end responsiveness, not admin ones, specific for this particular admin page.

From UX perspective, using mobile devices is useless and impractical in admin pages which try to manage XS, SM, MD, LG, XL breakpoints, ranging from 0px to 1920px up.

Even if your cell phone is as large as a desktop computer physically, it is still cumbersome with drag and drop features.

Managing layouts using mobile devices is not only cumbersome and useless, but also complicating developer efforts with the mentioned various breakpoints.

Nice to look nice, but not worth the efforts to bother about.

You can not have desktop versions in mobile device, but you can have mobile versions in desktop.

Back on topic, for future contributions, I recommend you reading and understanding the actual OP for more closely related efforts to help with if anything you can do about. But not in this particular regard due to library change we can do nothing about.

    Thanks anyway.
