Translated entity reference paragraphs not displaying the node edit form

Problem/Motivation

Entity reference content for other languages are not showing in the node edit form when using "From library" paragraph type. Default language referenced content is showing from library in the node form without any issues.

Steps to reproduce

Step1: Create A content type with one entity reference field that references paragraphs.
Step2: Select the widget type "Inline entity form - Complex" from Manage form display in "From library" paragraph type.
Step3: Create a node from A content type with English (Original language). Add a new paragraph for the entity reference field and promote the newly created paragraph into paragraph library and save the node.
Step4: Translate the same node to German language. Now we can see that summary of referenced paragraph is showing but does not show the paragraph form when click on "Edit " to update the same paragraph for German language.
Step5: If we select "Entity Browser" widget in Manage form display then we can able to add the paragraph for other languages in the popup from the node itself.

Am I missing any settings to show the paragraphs which are already promoted to library for other languages in the node form using "Inline entity form - Complex" widget.
