[UI] Gtranslate block issue

Problem/Motivation

The Gtranslate block has incorrect hover/focus behavior on the different roles.

Admin role:

Anonymous role:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable the `social_gtranslate` module.
  2. Go to the Home page.
  3. Hover/Focus on the gtranslate link logged as an admin(or LU) and on the anonymous mode.

Proposed resolution

Improve the color of the gtranslate link elements on the default, hover/focus states.

The google translate link element has the same default, hover/focus behavior as items of the main navigation.
