After Entering OTP getting error

After entering OTP in drupal 9 site getting error as LogicException: Form errors cannot be set after form validation has finished. in Drupal\Core\Form\FormState->setErrorByName() (line 1082 of core\lib\Drupal\Core\Form\FormState.php).
