Hi, I have verified this Configure button missing issue with MR!4 applied cleanly in the D10 version.
Testing Steps:
1. Install the D10 version
2. Go to the extend tab and search for the paragraph_locator module.
3. Check the Configure button is missingTesting Results
Now the Configure button is appearing and working as expected.Attaching the Before and After screenshots.
Hence it can be move to the RTBC.

Hi @bhaveshdas,
The module does not contain any configuration page so we don't need "Configure" link for the module.
I believe the route name
paragraph_locator.settingsshould be changed to avoid confusion as it handles the deletion of paragraphs.Hence, closing this issue.
