Drupal 10 Slick not working as expected

Problem/Motivation

We have a custom Drupal website. It is big and has a lot going on at once. We recently decided to add Slick because it was partially installed anyway. Our website is running Drupal 10.2.7. The issue is that after installing, Slick Paragraphs 3.0, Slick 3.0, Slick Entity Reference 3.0, and KenWheeler Slick 1.6, it is not working as expected. I can swipe the images with my mouse, but I don't see the other functionalities happening. The arrows, the autoplay, the dots, the theme, etc. The weird thing is that there is no error. I am suspecting it is either the Website theme is overriding this or am I missing something in either the "Optionset" or extra step I needed to download/do or turn on/off.

    Quick checks:

    • Enable Skin option at your Slick formatter/ Views.
    • Visit /admin/config/media/slick/ui, ensure you keep CSS options enabled
    • Edit your optionset at /admin/config/media/slick, adjust Slide to show option, etc.
    • Install Slick Example, and use Bartik, not Olivero, as your temporary debug theme. Olivero caused excessive width issues with nested grid inside views blocks.
