FIle listing is displaying inline-block instead of block

Problem/Motivation

The file listing CSS is set to use inline-block instead of block, which causes the file listing to render on one line rather than a proper vertical listing of files.

Proposed resolution

Edit CSS to force block level display on anything with a .file class
