How to change the Profile Title?

Problem/Motivation

Page title is "[rol] #[#]" instead of a semantic name.

Proposed resolution

Page title is automatically filled in with a field per content type.

User interface changes

Admins can assign tokens to page title based on Content Types fields. For example, [real-name] for Users for Profiles.

Please let me know if this, or similar, is already done.
