Collapsible fields are not functioning in Drupal 10.3.1 due to the removal of hook_field_widget_form_alter in Drupal 10. https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce/issues/3401956 📌 hook_field_widget_form_alter was removed in D10 Fixed

Update to Drupal 10

Replace hook_field_widget_form_alter function with hook_field_widget_single_element_form_alter
