Implement horizontal tabs

Problem/Motivation

After ✨ Allow to pass variables to aiprompt programatically Active is completed there will be multiple tables on the same page.
There would be better UX putting different tables to different tabs.
Drupal core does not have such feature, but webform module does.

Proposed resolution

Implement horizontal tabs in similar way like webform module did.

Another option is spreading form to multiple pages, and use regular Drupal tabs feature with page reload (in that case ajax for ✨ Improve support for inline entity form Active would not work)

• Prompt
• Arguments
• Settings (example ✨ Add maximum prompt length configuration and exception Active )
