If you are working on multi-lingual site and it has translations for content.
When you click on clone tab of default language and save it in pending state.
The remaining translational content also saves in pending state.
But this is not the case for draft. If you save the default language in draft state, only the default language content saves in draft state and remaining translational content saved in approved state.
Install quick node clone module
Add translations to the content
Go to default language content
Click on clone tab
Save it in draft state
