Open Social: Localhost install

Hi, thank's for this distribution.

I'm trying to install in Locallhost with MAMP PRO using Compose, but I can't get it to work following instructions.

This is the result on Terminal (Mac):

Problem 1
    - lcobucci/clock is locked to version 3.0.0 and an update of this package was not requested.
    - lcobucci/clock 3.0.0 requires php ~8.1.0 || ~8.2.0 -> your php version (8.3.0) does not satisfy that requirement.
Problem 2
    - lcobucci/clock 3.0.0 requires php ~8.1.0 || ~8.2.0 -> your php version (8.3.0) does not satisfy that requirement.
    - league/oauth2-server 8.5.4 requires lcobucci/clock ^2.2 || ^3.0 -> satisfiable by lcobucci/clock[3.0.0].
    - league/oauth2-server is locked to version 8.5.4 and an update of this package was not requested.

Is there any step by step guide to installing Open Social in localhost without GIT? Do I need to install a fresh copy of Drupal and then Open Social? do I need to create a data base or the installation will create it by it's own?

As you can see, instructions are difficult to follow for non developers.
