Add the possibility to quickly register for an opensolr free account within Drupal.
This will be a new section called "Get started" and will be available only if there is no active configuration in place.
The form will require the user's email, will verify the email with a code, and create an opensolr account, while also automatically set the opensolr configuration in Drupal.
