ckeditor5_markdown_editor.settings.yml lacks schema

Problem/Motivation

This module introduces the config file ckeditor5_markdown_editor.settings.yml but it does not provide any schema for it.

Steps to reproduce

Just install the module and use config_inspector for example, to assess whether the ckeditor5_markdown_editor.settings.yml is covered with proper config schema:
