Drupal behavior runs more than once

Problem/Motivation

The drupal behavior for this module is executed over and over again every time attach is called, causing the menu to pop open and closed multiple times every time the button is clicked.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Change the behavior to only run once at page load time.
