International characters not supported

Problem

If a valid URL alias contains international characters, Fast404 always shows the 404 error page when "fast404_path_check" is set to TRUE

Steps to reproduce

Create an alias with international characters for a node, and try to access it.

Proposed resolution

URL decoding before alias search in the database.

Patch attached.
