Impossible to disable/hide components in Custom Elements UI

Basic bug, I can't believe I didn't spot it.

The UI is still far from ideal, and wonky / it doesn't always work for me. But at least when toggling "Show row weights" on the screen, it works... at least the second time I try.

It'll have to do. I hope I get to re-do the UI properly soon.
