Condition to show / hide Stripe element isn't working

Problem/Motivation

I was hoping to show the Stripe element if a user selected a particular option and hide it if another is selected (eg. pay by credit card / cheque - in person)

Steps to reproduce

Add radio option to form (pay online / pay in person)
Add Stripe payment element to webform
Select "Conditions" and choose the following options (state: visible / element: all / field value equals "pay online")
It doesn't matter which option you select, the stripe element is always rendered

Proposed resolution

Ideally it would be great if you could hide the / show the stripe element with Conditions in Webform. I believe the stripe element will load and display no matter the condition that is set.
