Page title "Edit prompt segment" could show exact title of the segment. That way user could quickly know what exact segment is being edited if multiple segments are open.
Template: Edit @label segment
If "Administrative notes" is filled, then derive label from it. And if it is empty, then use segment plugin type as label.
