Handle 414 errors in views reference field

Problem/Motivation

In ✨ Views reference results in 414 if many options set and ajax used Needs review we sorted smaller Views Reference configurations, but if there are many many configuration options, the compression is not enough and we should instead compress the entity details, and reload the settings straight from the entity.

Steps to reproduce

Attempt to use a Views Reference field with settings plugins that have many many options.
