Option to enable country dial code in the input field

Problem/Motivation

In one of my project, there was a requirement to display country dial code along with country flag in the phone international input field. Currently there is not option in the module to enable it. But after doing some research, I found that in the intl-tel-input library there is an initialisation option separateDialCode which can be used to enable this option.

Proposed resolution

Add a config option in the widget settings of the module to enable the dial code.
