Problem/Motivation

Provide a way to reuse calculated values in the pipelines of different fields.

Proposed resolution

- Support a computed_values settings array.
- The computed values will define a transformation chain similar to field mappings.
- Computed values will be available to fields or other computed values via a computed_value transformer plugin.
