Problem/Motivation

🐛 Fix users cannot access their own bookmarks Fixed missed a bug where the list shown on the Bookmarks page is that of the current user rather than the user in the URL.

Steps to reproduce

From a user with the "Access other's bookmarks" permission, view the Bookmarks page of another user.

Proposed resolution

Ensure the user list shown is from the user in the path.
