Views PDF still deleted all views who have a PFD display removed when uninstalling Views PDF

Problem/Motivation

Uninstalling Views PDF does not happen properly, it deletes all views who had a PDF Display added and then removed.

Steps to reproduce

Create a view and add a (Views) PDF display.
Then remove the PDF display.
Next uninstall Views PDF and you see that the view will be deleted even when the view is NOT using the PDF display at all.

Proposed resolution

Improve the uninstall process such that it won't delete views which are no longer using a PDF display.
