Views: Token replacements in Global: Custom Text empty in PDF display

Problem/Motivation

On the pDF display the token field data is not properly transported when that field is used in "Global: custom text"

Steps to reproduce

Create a PDF display
Create a field and hide this field.
Use the token field in "Global: custom text" as replacment like "INFO: {{ field name }}", you see the output of the replacement token is empty.
Unhide the field and you see that the output shows the field and as token field in Global: custom text.

Proposed resolution

Add the standard process for using hidden fields in the PDF display as tokens in Global: custom text.
