Use Rivet Dropdown for Drupal Dropbuttons

Problem/Motivation

Rivet has a dropdown style that could be leveraged for Drupal's dropbuttons.

I have a proof of concept here that proves two things:

  1. the rvt-dropdown indeed works with a rvt-segmented-button, to separate the primary action link from the dropdown toggle.
  2. the rvt-segmented-button works with links not just button tags.

Proposed resolution

  • Update dropbutton-wrapper.html.twig to use rvt-dropdown.
  • Implement links--dropbutton.html.twig to use rvt-segmented-button and the rvt-dropdown__toggle functionality.
