Since the GPA calculator is provided as a block, I don't think it actually adds value to have the school name and instructions provided as configuration. At the very least, it add extra complexity to the maintenance of the module without much additional value. It is trivial to add a content block before it to provide the instructions and the school name can be set as the name of that block.
Remove all traces of of these two configuration options and their display.
School name and instructions options removed from settings form and from display on the block itself.
School name and instructions config removed.
