Problem/Motivation

Make it easier for site builders to get started with the configuration.

Proposed resolution

Provide an autoconfigure form where the user selects the opensolr environment (region, solr version & country), and based on that to automatically execute the following:
- create an index in the opensolr account
- create a search api solr server in Drupal
- upload configuration files to the opensolr index

User interface changes

In the opensolr config tab, add a second sub-tab called autoconfigure.
