This module doesn't implement any action plugins itself. It makes all the tamper plugins from the tamper module → available as action plugins to ECA. So, if such a plugin you're asking for is available in tamper, it will then automatically also be available to ECA. If I don't misunderstand, there is nothing to do for the eca_tamper module.
