Duplicate Paragraph is not happening on Unlink from library

Problem/Motivation

Whenever we are using Unlink from Library, the particular paragraph items are not getting into duplicate rather it is just mapping with the same paragraph ID.

Steps to reproduce

Click on From Library, pick any of the paragraphs from the item then click 'Unlink from Library'. The paragraph ID won't change it will remain the same Paragraph ID.
