README configuration steps should say to use the Media Library widget

Problem/Motivation

The README should say that the expected workflow for remote media is via the Media Library browser.

Working with a plain reference field widget and adding media via /media/add doesn't work very well -- and skips this module's most powerful feature, which is the remote search.
