Reset GitLab CI settings when 3459196 is released

Problem/Motivation

We currently use an MR from #3459196: Add new variable $_UPGRADE_STATUS_COMPOSER_EXTRA for the upgrade status job → for the pipelines. When this is being released, then remove the variables again from https://git.drupalcode.org/project/sqrl/-/settings/ci_cd
