Rivet header menu mobile fixes

Problem/Motivation

The rivet header menu is not properly collapsing on mobile.

This bug was introduced about a month ago via changes introduced via .rvt-c-header-menu in ✨ Main Menu features and fixes Fixed .

Proposed resolution

Remove the display: flex on the main nav wrapper which overrides default Rivet display properties.
