Override Account activation prevent send mail

I override "Account activation" mail body to insert html.
When i activate a user. No activation account mail is sent.

Where can i setup "Notify user when account is activated" if override mail?
Flag is not provided in override configuration page.

Override "Account activation" mail
Go to user edit page
Change status to active and save

It works fine for me. You need a policy for "User>>Account activation", make sure it doesn't have skip sending😃
