$this->installSchema('system', ['sequences']); is deprecated in Kernel tests as of D10.2, and is not allowed as of D11.

Rules has these usages:
tr_rulez/tests/src/Kernel/EventIntegrationTest.php: $this->installSchema('system', ['sequences']);
