The GPT tag was not requested

I have a Drupal 10.2.2 site (vermontbiz.com) that has been using Doubleclick for Publishers since D7 without any real issues. Recently all ads stopped displaying and when I view the ad manager console the message states that the "Page is tagged correctly" but when I view the lighthouse audit I see a message stating the following:

"No ads were rendered when rendering this page.
The GPT tag was not requested."

The console also reports "Ad unit did not fill" on all ad slots.

When viewing delivery tools in ad manager, I see this pretty consistently:
"Line item not found. This typically means that the line item is not targeting as expected or is not serving."

I suspect that his has to do with the google ad manager setup, but I thought I would ask for some guidance here. Any help is appreciated.
