Remove use of deprecated EntityReferenceTestTrait

Problem/Motivation

The EntityReferenceTestTrait class was renamed to EntityReferenceFieldCreationTrait in Drupal 10.2 and the alias added for BC will be removed in 11.0 so we need to switch to using the new Trait for this module to work with Drupal 11.0.

This will also require updating the core version compatibility of this module to be >= 10.2.
