Support datetime_range for events

Problem/Motivation

I am trying to show some of my CiviCRM events using a Calendar View → . Some events span multiple days, thus having a start and end date on different days. In the calendar, these are displayed as two instances of the same event, displayed once for the start and once for the end. Instead, I would like them to appear as one event, possibly spanning multiple days.

Proposed resolution

Additionally expose a field of type datetime_range which I can select in the Calendar View.
