New experimental D10.3 navigation overlays Gutenberg editor

Problem/Motivation

When using the new experimental navigation module in Drupal 10.3 it overlays the Gutenberg editor, when being expanded. On all other Drupal pages the content width gets shrinked to the right rather than being overlayed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the new navigation module in Drupal 10.3
2. Open a new node creation form for a content type that has Gutenberg enabled.

Proposed resolution

Respect Drupal's off-canvas.
