Admin settings information regarding conditonal attachments

In the Admin Settings UI the instructions for conditionally loading appear to be incorrect

They state: "we recommend to conditionally attach "scrollama/scrollama" and "scrollama/scrollama-scss" libraries on your code only when needed, using one of the many ways available in Drupal". However the module provides a "scrollama/scrollama-css" library not scss.

Proposed resolution: Edit the Settings text accordingly.
